Office Assistant
Location: Kiev, 100% office based role

Position purpose:
As an office assistant you will be responsible for support different departments with the clerical work.
- Supervise and monitor administrative staff
- Organize meetings and company events
- Manage office budgets
- Implement tasks and procedures
- Ensure policies are up-to-date
- Assist the HR department
- Order office supplies
- Maintain communication with vendors, service providers, and landlords.
- Ensure office efficiency
- Stay updated on technical and professional information
- Provide assistance with clerical work.
- Ensuring documents and approval flow in line with internal company policies and procedures (anti-bribery, purchasing etc.);
- Maintain an inventory of marketing support materials
- Assist in communication with finance, sales and purchasing departments
Requirements:
- 1+ years of office work experience
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented
- Fluent/Upper-intermediate English
- Excel
- Microsoft Office
- Contract of employment by Splendiscore
- Laptop, mobile phone
