We’re opening the position of a Project Manager to work with our customers. They provide Saa S solutions that help companies to optimize their businesses. These solutions include business planning and execution, processes automation and optimization. The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for better predictions and prevention of disruptions across the businesses.

Technical background is a must.

Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 5 to 12 Software Developers
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Client
Understand Client’s business needs and manage projects to meet these needs
Oversee projects from inception to release, ensuring scope, budget, and quality are maintained
Plan development, monitor progress, address impediments, and mitigate risks
Run Scrum activities
Handle project budgets and invoices
Ensure achievement of project KPIs, including profit and growth targets
Report directly to the Delivery Manager

Requirements:
Technical background or a solid understanding of how CI/CD processes work and the ability to effectively manage technical aspects of the projects
A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in an outsourcing software development company
Successful track record in delivering projects for enterprise-level clients
Deep understanding of the project management lifecycle in software development, with extensive hands-on experience using Agile methodologies
Proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on driving business results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Ukrainian and English
Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and in a structured manner
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage technical teams, specifically Dev Ops teams of 5 to 12 members, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with a strong sense of accountability
Be results-oriented and apply a structured and process-driven approach
