Our client is a union representing over 3,000 professional pilots in the USA. Headquartered in Ohio, the union offers a wide range of representation services to its members. Its primary goal is to enhance the experience of pilots and provide better support in their daily activities.
Currently, the client has a web solution used by union members as a resource for various types of useful information, including pilots' profiles, contact details, crew statistics and analytics, airport information, committee updates, and recent news from the union.

IF YOU ARE

• A Flutter Engineer with at least 5 years of professional software development experience
• Proficient in Firebase (Auth and SSO)
• Aware of data storage concepts, including Firestore
• Experienced in building projects and mobile applications from scratch
• Confident in creating applications with an offline-first approach or that function without a stable internet connection
• Experienced in working with video players, such as Vimeo and similar platforms
• Strong in interpersonal and verbal communication
• Used to working with distributed teams
• Capable of maintaining business communication with English-speaking clients

AND YOU WANT TO

• Implement flexible data enrichment and cleansing
• Ensure a secure and scalable infrastructure
• Replicate the existing website functionality in the app using an offline-first approach
• Enhance and expand the app's features to allow pilots to communicate through it
• Develop a complex role-based access and management system
• Work on an interesting business domain and a challenging project
