• Provide technical, administrative and programmatic support to the implementation of a range of project activities associated with STA activities and WS2 focusing on implementing mobile pharmacies.
• Assist in ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the project leadership and USAID through regular quarterly and annual reporting of the relevant workstream activities.
• Support the effective interaction with national stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health (MOH), State Expert Center (SEC) and its HTA department, the Central Procurement Agency (CPA), the Center for Public health (CPH), and the National Health Services of Ukraine (NHSU), State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drug Control (SMDC) as well as pharmaceutical industry associations, patient organizations, hospitals, other health care providers and academicians.
• Support organization of online (offline where possible) stakeholder events, take minutes, oversee registrations and attendance, report and facilitate overall communication through the events in scope of WS2 and other high strategic events for total pharmaceutical governance and financing.
• Coordinate the preparation of STA presentations for all external and internal activities.

• Experience in medicine, pharmaceutical market, or economics (4-6 years).

• Experience working in Ukraine with MOH and level organizations in the field of healthcare is desired.
• Experience working with USAID-funded programs desirable.
• Experience in working within pharmaceutical governance and finance related area.

• A good command of Ukrainian and English language (oral and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Power Point, Excel;
• Knowledge of appropriate methods for data analysis and reporting.
