They are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant professional with strong numerical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
This is an interim position, with a duration of 6 months to cover a maternity. However, this role does have the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and payment requests promptly.
• Support with bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Handle both accounts payable and receivable duties.
• Provide assistance to the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve financial queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

• Strong numerical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding organisational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with suppliers and team members.
