The role
As a Workshop Provision Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll have a pivotal role supporting the whole of Babcock DSG workshop with the procurement of parts.

Day-to-day, you’ll manage associated provisioning activities to ensure optimum spares availability, raising and managing orders to achieve the organisation’s service targets for both internal and external customers.

• Make full use of data, systems and best practice to meet customer expectations and business performance indicators
• Support the team in the maintenance, improvement and sharing of best practice in provision and data cleansing activities
• Process planned orders within the business ERP system taking into account and reacting business priorities
• Undertake all provisioning support activities as directed by management

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Donnington.


Essential experience of the Workshop Provision Administrator

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work closely with all relevant stakeholder
• Experience of the MOD Supply chain isn’t essential but is desirable
