Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will play a key role in helping us deliver outstanding service to our customers. You will receive hands-on training in customer interaction, problem-solving, and effective communication, all while working closely with experienced professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Assist with processing orders, returns, and inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and other customer service-related duties.
  • Learn and apply product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organization. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Requirements Essential qualifications
  • GCSE English (Grade 3) essential
  • GCSE Math's (Grade 3) essential

Pay: £13,000.00 per year
