Join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Administrator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. With comprehensive training provided, you will become an integral part of our operations, mastering the SAP system and delivering exceptional support to our customers.
Over time, your responsibilities will develop to include:
- Ensure all customer data and documentation is stored correctly.
- Become proficient in navigating the SAP system and understanding the order process.
- Process customer orders including material master creation.
- Ensure the success of customer orders proactively
- Be professional at using various communication styles
- Multi-tasking and being able to manage multiple customer orders
- Efficiently manage the inbox of orders and ensure timely processing
Required experience/skills/qualifications:
- Minimum A-C in Maths & English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent data entry skills
- Good telephone manner
- Team player
- Good time management
- Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload
Desirable skills and experience:
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Full UK driving licence
