Pinnacle Group are looking for a skilled Hard Services Administrator to provide an exceptional servie to our Hard Services Team. You will be joining our team based in Exeter. Your responsibilities will include scheduling duties, Programing duties, communication duties and general administrative duties. If you have previously worked in a similar background we would love to hear from you!
This is a temporary to permanent position for 37.5 hours per week where the suitable candidate will be required to work Monday - Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling Preventative Maintenance activities.
• Programming works
• Liaising with contractors, engineers and customers.
• Updating company records.
• General administrative duties

Key Requirements:

• Experienced administrator
• Well-organised and reliable with a good work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Confident in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
