Contract: Full-Time Hours / Permanent

About the Role…
Our HR department is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our dynamic HR Operations team. In this key position, you will play a vital role in supporting HR Operations function by delivering efficient and effective service to the business. You will be the first point of contact for out colleagues and store managers, providing frontline support and ensuring that our HR systems and records are kept accurate and up to date.
This role requires excellent organisational skills as you will need to manage and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines, adapt and keep up with the evolving needs of the business and HR functions. Reporting directly to the Senior HR Adviser, this role will give you the opportunity to gain exposure and knowledge across all levels whilst you work alongside key stakeholders in the business.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation, being the first point of contact for system processes.
- Monitor the HR Coordinator communication points e.g. inbox, phone line and ticketing system, and being able to distribute emails accordingly.
- Keep employee files and HR systems up to date including personal data.
- Monitor the leavers process taking appropriate action where necessary.
- Collate Change to Terms data and processing accordingly via the relevant process.
- Work alongside the HR advisors to gain exposure and knowledge of all aspects of HR.
- Collate and interpreting relevant company data as requested.
- Undertake ad-hoc HR projects and other duties from time to time

Candidate Requirements
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident in dealing with fast paced procedures and a process oriented corporate environment
- Ability to multitask efficiently with key attention to detail
- Able to comfortably meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SAP/Success Factors (Desirable)
