We are looking for a private patient outpatient administrator to join our Private Consulting Rooms team.

In this important role, you will make sure that every patient receives a warm welcome and any administrative support they need while they are an outpatient with us.

As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience, making sure our patients feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive.

You will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a smooth, compassionate, and efficient journey for every patient.

The person we are looking for will have:

• A strong background in delivering outstanding customer service with a proactive, positive attitude
• Excellent communication and organisational skills to collaborate effectively with a variety of teams
• A commitment to going above and beyond to make each patient’s experience special.

This vacancy has been advertised in accordance with the new NHS pay rate which will take effect from autumn 2024.
