Position Overview
We are currently seeking a talented Prep Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening the kitchen in the morning, overseeing food preparation, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene guidelines, and maintaining a keen attention to detail. This role also involves assisting with morning service and handling the processing and receiving of food orders.
Responsibilities:

• Open the kitchen in the morning and ensure all necessary preparations are completed.
• Execute food preparation tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Adhere meticulously to food hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless morning service.
• Receive and process food orders efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a prep chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
