How will you be making a difference?
· Quality Assurance checks of products against defined specifications
· Complete quality checklists and other relevant paperwork
· Maintain a Quality Assurance database of tests and provide a daily report
· Assist management with quality investigations from customer complaints
· Packing, despatching, and shipping products, including generating relevant paperwork.
· Contribute to continuous improvement activities within department and business.
· Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures, processes and guidelines to protect themselves and their colleagues
Essential Qualifications/skills/experience
·Excellent attention to detail.
·Good Communicator.
·Good overall knowledge of Microsoft products.
·Punctual and reliable
·Experienced in following written and verbal instructions
Useful Qualifications/skills/experience
·ERP experience
·Knowledge of Assistive Technology
Additional information:
·Due to the nature of the role, you are required to attend the Malvern office to perform the required duties.
