SEN Support Worker

We're seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team in Preston! Our service provides care and support to 8 young adults aged 11-19 with Autism and other complex needs.
In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in:
- Creating a safe and supportive environment where young adults can reach their full potential.
- Providing daily living assistance, fostering independence, and building life skills.
- Developing positive relationships built on trust and empathy.
- Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure their well-being.
- Maintaining clear and accurate records.
- Has a big heart and a passion for supporting young adults with complex needs.
- Brings a caring and compassionate approach to every interaction.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has a minimum of 6 months experience working in a support setting (experience with Autism a plus!).
- Is a reliable team player with a positive attitude.
- £24,000 per year (weekly pay for the first 3 months)
- Flexible working schedule (7.30am-4pm/4pm-10pm) - 5 shifts per week (37.5 hours)
