Perfect Vehicle Preparation are looking for a temporary Data Entry Clerk to join our team based in Tadcaster, North Yorkshire on a full-time, temporary basis.
Working hours are 40 hours per week with an hourly rate of £11.44 and training will be provided. Initially the contract will be from August to December, with potential to extend this period.
We provide first class vehicle preparation services and are a progressive, emerging company focused on building a thriving team of employees who truly make a difference to our customers and partners. Our Data Entry Clerk will be solely responsible for maintaining and administering a new data base for a new contract, for a fleet of up to 1000 Transit Vans.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Optimise operational efficiency by quickly and accurately adding to and maintaining the quality of large amounts of data in our proprietary database.
• Handle requests for data from managers and employees.
• Achieve organisational goals while adhering to best practices.
• Gather and input data in database and verify accuracy of valuable company information.
• Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections, and check outputs.
• Generate reports, store outputs in database, and perform backups.
• Scan and print files when requested.

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience in data entry.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Fast typing ability, with an eye for accuracy.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and online forms.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
