Ticketing Administrator (Fixed-Term Contract)

This role is based out of Witney office in Oxfordshire and typically a minimum of 3 days per week in the office is required. The work pattern for this role is 9-5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9-5pm on Friday.

The role
As a Ticketing Administrator, you will carry out the necessary checks on bookings to ensure that booking files are ready for our Ticketing team to complete their work. You will ensure that information is correct in our in-house booking system and correctly reflected in our flight booking system. You will also make quality checks to ensure errors are minimised and information is correct ahead of Ticketing work being completed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working ahead of client departure to ensure that client bookings for our UK and US clients have the necessary requirements for Final Flight Check and Ticket issuing work to be completed.
- Liaise with our sales teams to ensure that each file has payment, authorisation, waivers and has been invoiced in good time ahead of further departure work.
- Ensure that flight bookings are correctly entered into our in-house reservation system.
- Cross check names are correct between bookings in our in-house reservation system and our flight system.
- Perform Final Flight Checks for UK and US bookings, cross checking and inputting details in our in-house reservation system, Quest, and our flight booking system, Galileo
- Achieve and sustain KPI targets set by your Ticketing Supervisor.
- Support the Ticketing team with requests, as reasonably required, to increase efficiency in team.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of meeting deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
