Summary of Job Duties:

The appointment of Instructor in the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery shall reflect UAMS’s prevailing pledge to promote academic excellence, provide patient care and promote the health & wellness of Arkansans.

Qualifications:

M.D. or equivalent required.
License to practice medicine or eligible for licensure in the State of Arkansas.
Completion of first year ACGME Pediatric Fellowship in Otolaryngology.

Additional Information:

Responsibilities:

Provide coordination, continuity, and consistency in patient care, community outreach, and medical education.
Performs varied responsibilities in the areas of patient care, medical education, and/or scholarly activities.
Provide direct patient care, duties consist of caring for patients in the clinic, inpatient and surgical setting.
Participate in medical education of various learners.
