WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. As a Senior Pricing Analyst in our Denver office, you will report to the Pricing Director. In this role, you will work cross-functionally and cross-regionally to deliver strategic, data-driven insights that enhance sales and profits across various channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead important pricing and margin improvement projects, collaborate with global and regional teams to determine optimal pricing strategies, and drive profit enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously evaluate competitor and marketplace dynamics to assess their impact on our business and develop related strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate the annual price increase deployment process for North America.
- Develop KPI reports with clear and concise communication for executive leadership.
- Collaborate across functions and regions to improve reporting and data processes.
- Develop knowledge of channel, customer segment, and product category strategies and key business drivers to inform pricing strategy.
- Anticipate marketplace events and develop scenarios to address changing business dynamics.
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or other business-related fields. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Finance, or Analytics.
- Fundamental understanding of business concepts, pricing concepts, and financial metrics.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skilled in Business Intelligence, data blending, and visualization tools such as Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, and BI.
- Familiarity with Oracle and pricing systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical aptitude and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to synthesize and summarize large amounts of information clearly and concisely.
- Effective communicator across the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing business needs.
- Enthusiastic about working in the office with a collaborative team.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
PAY & BENEFITS
- Full-Time: $85,000 - $95,000
- Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
- Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
- 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
- Tuition Reimbursement
