Job Responsibilities

• Acquire, onboard and grow a slate of strong merchants and business partners and build up steady grow of the product.
• Drive revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships platform.
• Negotiate and discuss with partners on collaboration mechanism and operation model.
• Manage and monitor network of external partners and ensure smooth operation as well as monitor the progress.
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations including but not limited to communication partnership offer to customers, reconciliation with partners, process for payment to partners and fulfilment to customers.

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of working in relevant field (business administration, banking, e-commerce)
• Knowledge in marketing effectiveness and penetration program.
• Good communication and demonstration on decision making abilities.
• Fluent in English verbally and in writing
• Able to build long term and mutual partnerships showing strong communication skill and the ability to work independently.
• Ability of problem solving and negotiation.
• Good at building relationships with great attitude, work smart and experience in working cross-functionally with other team such as finance, legal, compliance, sales, marketing and others team.
• Result oriented, ability to work under tight deadlines, activity, attentiveness and discipline.
• Creative thinking for initiative and passionate.
• Time management skill.
• Multi-task performance and teamwork attitude.
• Proactive and be able to work independently.
• Willing to go extra miles.
• Positive outlook with a can-do mindset.
