About the role:

Melbourne Based | Multiple Opportunities | Hybrid Office

As part of our Retail Transformation journey, we are excited to offer several newly created Business Analyst (BA) positions within our program delivery teams. In this role, you will be an integral member of the Retail Transformation team, focusing on enhancing AGL's customer experience across various business domains and technical platforms. You will take on end-to-end accountability for all analysis activities related to one or more capabilities, guiding projects from inception through to successful delivery. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our retail offerings.

What you’ll be doing

Serve as the primary resource for understanding business context and shaping innovative capability solutions.
Confidently lead workshops for discovery and requirements elicitation, engaging stakeholders in the process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify minimum viable products, balancing functionality, architecture, and user experience.
Actively contribute to an agile working environment, accelerating collaboration and ways of working.
Proactively identify, monitor, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring project success.
Foster a high-performance culture through participation in retrospectives, driving continuous improvement and team alignment.

About you:

Previous demonstrated experience within a business analysis or product development role, demonstrating the ability to effectively problem solve.
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, such as user manuals and/or system architecture diagrams.
Ability to engage with and manage stakeholders at various levels, including executives and end-users.
Experience with Salesforce will be highly regarded
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
