What you'll be focused on...

• Deliver high-quality end-to-end solution architecture and design for complex customers
• Document architecture and design, balancing key objectives with budget and time constraints
• Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects and customers, including high-level executives and subject matter experts.
• Lead business systems and solution reviews, mapping as-is situations, recommending to-be solutions, and packaging these into reports with key value-related outcomes
• Document various elements such as business process maps, system landscape architecture, solution scope and design documents, transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, proposal inputs, and change management plans
• Act as a trusted advisor for strategic and high-potential accounts, driving business development and assisting customers in growing with MYOB’s platform
• Build and implement reusable intellectual property to improve delivery efficiency, quality, and accelerate time to value for customers

What we'd love to see from you...

• Minimum 15 years in the industry, with at least 7 years in Solution Architecture with proven experience in leading and implementing ERP, Financial, or Business Management solutions
• Strong skills in defining solution scope, end-to-end solution architecture, and solution design
• Preferable experience in ERP solution selling, with knowledge of Payroll and Workforce management
• Skilled in coordinating and facilitating workshops with diverse groups, while closely collaborating with others to achieve desired results
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving business targets
• Ability to translate sophisticated business requirements into actionable solutions
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve joint outcomes
• Ability to lead cross-functional working groups towards customer outcomes
