Position Summary:
- Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations
- Understand our experienced traveler’s requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Assist the passionate team with the preparation and execution of all food and beverage outlet service periods
- Maintain strong food safety and property standards
- Organise and maintain the assigned section of the kitchen effectively
- Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles
About You:
- Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
- Passion for the industry
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
- Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
- Breakfast -Ala carte/ Buffet
- Restaurant - In room dinning, Dinner Ala carte- pans, grill, larder sections
- 3-4 years of experience in busy Cafe, Restaurant or Hotel
- 5 star Hotel experience is a plus
- Attention to detail and passionate in cooking
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Good knowledge in HACCP and food safety
