About the role

You will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of SA. This position involves partnering with various business functions to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure financial objectives are met.

What you'll do

• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting for respective areas
• Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to business functions, providing financial insights and recommendations
• Strategic Planning: Support the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans
• Performance Management: Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Engage and collaborate across different teams and business units, including liaising with Senior Executives

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CA or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
