Gold Coast Private Hospital is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic team on a part time fixed term contract for 30 hours per week.

With 22 operating theatres, Gold Coast Private Hospital offers a wide range of specialties including, but not limited to, 24/7 Emergency Care, Medical Services, Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat), General Surgery, Obstetrics, Cardiac Care, and Oncology.

Key Responsibilities;

• Assess and evaluate patients’ needs to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities and quality of life.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Educate patients and their families on managing conditions and achieving therapy goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Strong clinical skills with a patient-focused approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
