Guardian Angels' is a co-educational Catholic primary school catering for the learning needs of approximately 480 students. We are seeking a Reception and Administration School Officer to undertake a diverse range of tasks within our School community.

The successful applicant will have:

Knowledge and experience in a variety of computer programs supporting administration (including e Minerva and Microsoft Office Suite).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, when dealing with staff, students, parents and the School Community.
The ability to work under both direct and general supervision exercising discretion and judgement when planning and organising work for self and others.
A high level of confidentiality is required in all areas of responsibility
Excellent time management/organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in an environment with time constraints and set routines.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
