There are multiple rosters including a fixed term overnight. Please review the rosters attached before applying.
Proposed Roster - Female Support Worker - Days - 33.50hrs
Proposed Roster - Female Support Worker - Afternoons - 46 hours
Buttercup 69 Female - OSW 3 shifts - 27 hrs - Fixed term til March
Key duties include:

Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within high-needs customer residence;
Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals;
Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and
Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.

What you’ll need?

Extensive experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans;
Extensive experience working with challenging behaviours- essential;
Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration;
Significant personal or Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience;
Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;
Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is essential;
Willingness to use your fully insured and registered, private vehicle (aligned with Activ’s motor vehicle allowance rebate).
