Team Leader, Indigenous Justice Program Operations (North)

- Provide day to day leadership and support to the Indigenous Justice Officers providing support to Community Justice Groups.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen effective relationships with program stakeholders including Community Justice Groups, the judiciary, and government and non-government organisations.
- Analyse, monitor and report on performance related to Community Justice Group Service Agreements including compliance, Grants Management processes and where required remedial action.
- Identify engagement opportunities to promote and build the profile of Indigenous Justice Programs including representation of the agency at meetings with stakeholders and partners.
- Support the development of policies and procedures for Indigenous Justice Programs.
- Support capacity development initiatives with Community Justice Groups.
- Support and implement specialised projects for Indigenous Justice Programs.
- Prepare reports, briefing materials and correspondence for internal and external audiences.
