Job description
Role purpose: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, finance, HR, to ensure that the data program roadmap aligns with organizational goals and delivers measurable value. You will also work very closely with IT team of data engineering.
Leading a team of 5, the role is to be located in our HQ in Brussels and will require up to 20% of travelling across the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop a compelling data vision and strategy to help our company achieve its strategic objectives
• Deliver on the integrated data program roadmap, budget and business case
• Raise awareness and ensure buy-in throughout the company for a robust and standardized data approach
• Lead data governance: set organization, system and processes to ensure the highest level of data quality, keeping the agility to deliver data services
• Oversee data management: day to day data operations; creation and of update business processes, according to the standards set by Data Governance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior data leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into data solutions
• Ability to lead multi-functional projects that vary in complexity and priority
• Experience working in complex, international and multi-stakeholder environment
• Fluent in English – any additional European language is a plus.
