We are looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing Lead to build and nurture relationships with influential voices in the tech industry. In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors who align with Jet Brains' values.
- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling and authentic content that resonates with their audiences and promotes Jet Brains products.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer partnerships, ensuring cost-effective and impactful collaborations.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of all active influencers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and design, to ensure seamless integration of influencer content into broader marketing initiatives.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role, preferably within the tech industry.
- A proven track record of successful influencer collaborations and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for innovation, creativity, and staying ahead of industry trends.
