We are looking for a skilled IT Fulfillment Center Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, networks, and equipment within a fast-paced fulfillment center environment. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to support daily operations, minimize downtime, and ensure the fulfillment center runs efficiently

Your responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Support:

Maintain and support IT infrastructure including networks, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and other IT-related equipment.
Technical Support:
Provide hands-on technical support to warehouse staff for IT-related incidents.
Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets on time.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical problems and implement solutions.

Inventory Management:

Keep track of IT inventory, including spare parts, cables, and network equipment.
Manage asset lifecycle, including procurement, installation, maintenance, and disposal of IT equipment.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for hardware and software procurement.

System Monitoring & Maintenance:

Monitor system performance (network traffic) to ensure optimal operation.
Apply software updates, patches, and system upgrades as needed.
Assist in maintaining and updating documentation for IT systems, procedures, and configurations.

Project Assistance:

Support IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
Assist in the rollout of new systems, applications, and devices.

Your experience

Experience in IT in a similar position for at least 1 year
Advanced knowledge: Windows, Android, MS Office, G-Suite, Network Technology awareness, IP Telephony, MFP, Laptop Installation
Ability to empathize with users' needs
Communicativeness, ability to prioritize well
Excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking
Advanced knowledge of the English language
Ability to quickly learn new things and adapt to the environment
