We are looking for an Office Assistant here at our site in Nettetal, Germany and you will be employed on a full-time permanent basis and be awarded with a generous salary of 35.000,00EU plus be given the opportunity to grow and develop with us. This role requires you to be on-site daily to help support and maintain best practices in our offices at site.
As our dedicated Office Assistant, you will be the go-to colleague in relation to office organisation and travel requirements. As our dedicated Office Assistant, you'll have oversite of all our office operations, and help the site implement new ideas on how we can implement and make changes to our office protocols to best improve and support the site to achieve operational excellence.
Key responsibilities of our Office Assistant:

Managing stock levels of consumables, uniforms, PPE’s and stationery by weekly stock counts and placing purchase orders when required
Daily interaction with external suppliers via phone and email communications
Managing all queries and issues linked to consumables, uniforms and stationery (quality, quantity, deliveries) by dealing with suppliers directly and by engaging with group procurement team.
Ensure that deliveries are correctly received into site accountant system and support the account team with any invoice queries
Maintaining the right level of empty pallets in the yard by keeping close engagement with operation and by arranging collections / deliveries
Reporting for local authorities, ordering training, booking business trips and visitor control
Assisting with the recruitment process – contacting candidates and liaising with the Talent team

What we need from our Office Assistant?

Strong attention to detail
Basic knowledge of the Microsoft package, especially Excel
Good communication skills (verbal and written) in both German and English
You must be able to work under pressure
Highly organsised individual and able to demonstrate this well
