Advent Technologies SA is looking to hire an Administrative & Marketing Assistant in Athens, Greece.
Advent Technologies Holdings, Inc. is a NASDAQ-listed (ADN) U.S. corporation that develops, manufactures, and assembles complete next-generation fuel cell systems and the critical components for fuel cells in the renewable energy sector. Advent is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, with offices in California and Greece.
We are looking for an Administrative & Marketing Assistant to ensure the smooth running of our company’s offices and contribute to driving sustainable growth.

We are looking for an Administrative & Marketing Assistant to ensure the smooth running of our company’s offices and contribute to driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring that all colleagues are prepared for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Supporting colleagues with business travel
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with Marketing Department to handle communication with press & media
- Schedule online release of press releases and company events through web forms
- Keep updated records of marketing expenses and costs
- Web site text updates (text mostly, no advanced web site editing skills required)
- Management and coordination of corporate events and meetings
- BSc/BA in marketing, office administration or relevant field is preferred
- Proven experience at a similar role
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing (emails, forms)) as our we are an international company with offices in the US
- Fluent in Greek
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
