We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Service representative for a renowned International Tobacco company. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and who thrive in a diverse and fast-paced environment. As a customer service representative, you will assist German-speaking customers by handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about products and services offered by the company. Your fluency in German will be key in ensuring a seamless communication flow and in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat communications in German.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and company policies.
  • Effectively resolve complaints while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Offer guidance and support to customers regarding product usage and company information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and address customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Interest in the tobacco industry and product knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
