German speaking Techincal support for Electronics company - Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is excited to offer a wonderful opportunity for a German Speaking Technical Support Specialist for an Electronics Company, working remotely from Greece. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing them with technical support and guidance for various electronic products. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional technical support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of issues related to electronic products.
  • Offer clear, step-by-step instructions to customers facing technical difficulties.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions comprehensively in the support system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve support processes and share insights.
  • Identify common customer issues and work with teams to address them effectively.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
  • Previous experience in technical support or a relevant IT role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Able to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Passion for technology and a dedication to helping customers are essential.
