Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class technical support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to computer products and services.
- Assist customers in understanding technical information and provide clear solutions.
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the customer support database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service quality.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify common issues and suggest improvements.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential, along with good proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, particularly in customer service interactions.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, if necessary.
