Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is seeking a German Speaking Technical Support Specialist for Roadside Assistance, offering a hybrid work opportunity based in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers who require assistance with roadside issues, ensuring prompt and effective problem resolution. Your technical skills and customer service expertise will be crucial in delivering a positive experience for our clients during their time of need. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers experiencing roadside assistance issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of technical problems related to vehicle assistance.
  • Provide clear guidance and support to customers in distress, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support system.
  • Collaborate with roadside assistance teams to coordinate timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Identify common issues and provide feedback to improve service processes and customer communication.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
  • Prior experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
  • Able to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work and office presence.
  • Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is advantageous.
  • Passion for technology and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
