German Speaking Video Streaming Support - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account management, and device compatibility.
- Guide customers through service features and help them with setup processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document solutions provided.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to improve overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Gather and report customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in customer support or a related role in the tech or streaming industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote working environment.
