German Speaking Video Streaming Support with full relocation - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries related to video streaming services through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues regarding video playback, account management, and device compatibility.
- Guide customers through setup processes and explain various service features effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Gather and report customer feedback for continual improvement of services and products.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in customer support or a related role in the tech or streaming industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation assistance offered.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote working environment.
