Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Assist customers in understanding our products and troubleshooting their challenges.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
