Hungarian Speaking Customer Service Banking with relocation - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding banking services and account management.
- Promptly resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
- Provide clear and concise information about banking products and services available.
- Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on banking regulations and product offerings to assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the banking industry, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is advantageous.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
