Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to various financial products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to foster satisfaction.
- Educate customers about financial offerings and their usage.
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and product information to provide accurate assistance.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector, is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, as part of the position.
