Hungarian Speaking Customer Service for Coffee Machines- Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency dedicated to connecting candidates with exciting opportunities in their native languages in Greece. We are currently seeking a Hungarian Speaking Customer Service representative for a well-known Coffee Machines company to work remotely from Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have an interest in high-quality coffee products. In this position, you will assist Hungarian-speaking customers with their inquiries, provide support for coffee machine usage, and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your ability to communicate effectively in Hungarian will be essential in ensuring our customers enjoy a premium service experience. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat in Hungarian.
  • Assist customers with questions related to coffee machines and products.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently.
  • Guide customers through product setup and maintenance processes.
  • Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and service offerings.
  • Document interactions and maintain records in the system accurately.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Interest in coffee and related products is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
