Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products and services.
- Resolve technical issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and product setup processes.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer service experience.
- Stay informed about the latest products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the electronics sector, is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on providing optimal solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Basic technical knowledge of electronic products is desirable.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer management software.
