Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide detailed support on product usage, specifications, and troubleshooting instructions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service quality and customer experience.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Interest in electronics and familiarity with consumer technology is a plus.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer relationship management software.
