We are actively seeking a Hungarian Speaking Customer Service representative for an International Airline to join an exciting team in Athens, Greece. In this position, you will assist Hungarian-speaking passengers with inquiries regarding flights, bookings, and airline policies, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about flights, fares, and airline procedures.
  • Efficiently handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism.
  • Guide passengers through the booking process and provide necessary information.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the customer experience and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline sector is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills focused on providing excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with airline operations and international travel processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and customer management systems.
