You will play a crucial role in assisting passengers with inquiries about flights, bookings, and general travel-related questions. Your expertise in the Hungarian language will help ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for our clients. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Hungarian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight schedules, bookings, and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Guide travelers through airline procedures and policies to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the travel or aviation industry, is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with airline operations and basic travel knowledge is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and customer management software.
