Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat in Hungarian.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with remote team members to enhance service quality.
- Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with self-discipline.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation support provided.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
