Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Hungarian.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding luxury jewelry, including product information, orders, and returns.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and queries.
- Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- A genuine interest in luxury jewelry and fashion is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is a plus.
