Hungarian Speaking Customer Support for Luxury Jewellery - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions related to luxury jewelry, including product details, orders, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and inquiries.
- Accurately document customer interactions to improve service quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Genuine interest in luxury jewelry and fashion is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
