Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about transportation services, including bookings, schedules, and cancellations.
- Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism.
- Provide clients with detailed information about services and help guide them in their decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for tracking and improvement purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Interest in the transportation industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
